It depends on the power of the microwave, but I think 30 seconds 1 minute usually does the trick just 'Em and Stick' em on the grill.
Just click with a fork, then at full power, can be inserted directly through them until a fork. You need more than a few or less, but depending on the microwave and the number of sausages that are thawing.
