I wanted to get a DVD recorder at a reasonable price in the UK, and I continue to have DVD Recorder without TV Tuner ... How to record TV.

Yes, it will be saved if you do put a scart-TNT, but no record of TNT, if you have a TV with built-in DVB-T only in a separate box
